What do I need to do to prepare for therapy services?

We are glad that you are dedicated to getting the most out of your treatment while working with us. All we ask is that you come open to actively participate because that is going to be a key factor to your success. The skills and tools that you learn in your sessions will be essential in the work that you do outside of your sessions. That is how you will be able to monitor the growth and progress that you are making in treatment.

What do I bring to a session?

Unless the clinician tells you otherwise, all you need to bring is yourself. Feel free to bring a book, journal, or anything that will keep you comfortable while you wait in our quiet waiting room.

Do you offer tele-health services?

Yes, if you reside in the state of Maryland or District of Columbia we can meet using a secure software. Please note that the availability for virtual appointments is limited due to only being offered one day a week, at this time. The rest of the availability is offered in person. Also note that everyone may not be a candidate and/or some insurances may not cover tele-health services.

Do you offer other services?

L.A.C.E. also offers therapeutic and mental health workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements.

Do you accept insurance?

L.A.C.E. is a pro-insurance practice accepting clients with Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield CareFirst, Cigna.

How do I get started?

Our counseling, services, and workshops are a simple phone call away. If you are ready to get started or if you have questions about if our services are for you or your organization, feel free to contact us via email or phone.
